We usually reply within one or two business days. When reporting a bug, it helps to include:
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version
- The app version (shown at the bottom of the Docs → Version panel inside the app)
- A short description of what you were doing when the problem happened
Before you write
Many common questions are answered inside the app:
- Tutorials — check calculator documentation and submit corrections via the pencil icon on the top right.
- Docs → Credits & Licences — the full third-party notices and a link to the complete corresponding GPL source code.
- Docs → Version — exact build and firmware versions (useful to quote in a bug report).
